Mr. Roewyn Umayam is the lead instructor for Evergreen Taekwondo Academy and the Regional Chief of Instruction for Moo Do Taekwondo Association in the Washington Region. Mr. Umayam is a 4th Dan instructor with 14 years of training. He is an active teacher, and heavily involved in the Taekwondo community as a competitor and judge. Mr. Umayam is an avid competitor; he has won 4 national champion titles (2020, 2022, 2023, 2024) and 1 state champion title (2023) in poomsae. He is also the social media lead, helping show off our students' everyday training and accomplishments. When he is not on the floor, he works as a Design Technologist at Enlyte.
